You may use our website for lawful purposes, to learn about our services, and to request a free marketing audit or contact us. You agree not to attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, to access the site through automated means without permission, or to use the site in a way that violates applicable law.

Free Marketing Audit

When you request a free marketing audit, we will prepare it based on the information you provide and publicly available data about your business and market. Audits are educational and for informational purposes only. An audit does not guarantee any specific marketing outcome or result.

Client Services

If you engage HomeService Growth as a paid client, the specific scope of work, fees, term, and deliverables are governed by a separate written service agreement between you and HomeService Growth. Nothing on this website is itself a service agreement or a binding offer to provide services at any particular price or on any particular schedule.

No Guarantees

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your industry, market conditions, ad platform policies, and your own operational capacity. HomeService Growth (Real Leads LLC) operates an SMS text messaging program for people who have opted in to receive text messages from us. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.

  • Program description. Messages from HomeService Growth are conversational and sent by a human representative: replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, links to a demo or free marketing audit you requested, and updates about the service you asked us about.
  • Opt-in. You can opt in via a separate, optional, unchecked checkbox on our contact and audit forms, by asking a representative during a call to text you, or by requesting text contact in writing by email. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Most recipients receive fewer than a handful of messages per month.
  • Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply to each message sent or received.
  • Opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
