Every missed call is a job someone else
just booked.
An agent that answers24/7andon ring 1so nobody reaches voicemail.
It knows your services, your service area and your hours, because it reads your website before it ever picks up Try it right now and it will call you.
- Triages a burst pipe differently from a quote request
- Takes the name, the address and the number, and reads them back
- Books the callback and texts you the details before you finish the job you are on
Most AI receptionists sound like AI receptionists
There are plenty of AI answering services. The differences that show up on a real call are these.
Speech to speech, not transcribe and reply
Most tools convert speech to text, send the text to a model, then read the reply back. Each hop adds delay, and the pause is what makes a caller ask if they are talking to a robot. Ours passes audio straight through one model, so it answers in well under a second.
You can talk over it
Real callers interrupt, change their mind mid sentence, and say the address twice. The agent stops when you start talking, picks up where you left off, and reads long numbers back in groups the way a person would.
Wired into the CRM you already use
The call is worth little if the details do not land where your team works. We build the integration into ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro or whatever you run, rather than handing you a transcript to retype.
Flat, not metered by the minute
Per minute pricing means your bill spikes in the exact week you are busiest, and long emergency calls cost you the most. We price the agent, not the minutes, so a heat wave does not arrive with an invoice.
Built from your website, not a template
Before it answers once, it reads your pages: your services, your service area, your hours, your guarantees. It only uses what it found there. If it does not know something, it says the team will confirm, rather than inventing an answer.
Answers in English or Spanish
A Spanish speaking caller gets a Spanish speaking agent, in neutral Latin American Spanish, not an English agent apologising. For a lot of trades in a lot of markets that is a meaningful share of the calls.
Built for the trades, not for offices
The agent knows what an emergency sounds like in your trade, and what a technician would ask first. That is different for a burst pipe than it is for a hail damaged roof.
Not on the list? The agent still builds from your website. Choose "Something else" in the form.
Three ways to answer the phone
We do not publish a rate, because what we build depends on your call volume and which systems it has to talk to. What we can show you is how the three models behave as you grow.
Option one
A full time CSR
- You pay for
- Salary plus benefits
- Covers
- One shift, weekdays
- When calls spike
- Calls queue or drop
- Time to useful
- Weeks of training
A customer service rep in the US typically runs somewhere in the low to mid forties per year before benefits, overtime or cover for holidays and sick days. Nights and weekends need a second person.
Option two
A per minute AI service
- You pay for
- Every minute spoken
- Covers
- Around the clock
- When calls spike
- Your bill spikes too
- Time to useful
- Same day, generic
Cheap to start and easy to sign up for. The catch shows up in your busiest month: emergency calls run long, long calls cost the most, and the invoice grows exactly when you are least able to look at it.
Option three
Us
- You pay for
- The agent, flat
- Covers
- Around the clock
- When calls spike
- No change
- Time to useful
- About 90 seconds
One predictable line item, whatever the season does. We build it from your site, wire it into your CRM, and tune it with you. You just heard the 90 second version at the top of this page.
Salary figures are general US market ranges, not a quote and not drawn from our clients. Per minute pricing is how several AI answering services bill; check any specific vendor's current rates yourself, because they change.
This is not right for everyone
The agent earns its keep when calls are actually being missed. If they are not, it will not do much for you.
Worth it if
- You miss calls while you are on a job, on a roof, or under a sink
- Your calls do not stop at five, and nights and weekends go to voicemail
- You spend real money on ads and some of those clicks ring out
- Emergencies need sorting from quote requests before anyone calls back
- You already run a CRM and want the details landing in it, not in a notebook
Not worth it if
- Someone already answers every call, every hourIf nothing is being missed, there is nothing here to recover.
- You want it to quote prices and close the jobIt arranges the callback. Pricing stays with your team, on purpose.
- You get a handful of calls a monthAt that volume your voicemail is doing a fine job.
- You want it to sound obviously robotic so callers knowIt will confirm it is an AI if asked. It will not announce it up front.
Why we are upfront about this
The demo takes 90 seconds and costs you nothing, so it is easy to find out. If you listen to it and think your current setup already handles this, that is a real answer and we would rather you reach it now than three months in.
Straight answers
The things people ask before they try it.
Will callers know it is an AI?+
Some will, some will not. It does not open by announcing itself, because that is not how a receptionist answers. If a caller asks directly whether they are speaking to an AI, it confirms it plainly and carries on.
We took that position deliberately. Denying it damages trust far more than the question ever does.
What does it do that voicemail does not?+
Voicemail collects a message from the people willing to leave one, which in home services is a minority. The agent has a conversation, works out whether it is an emergency, takes the name, address and number, reads them back, agrees a callback time, and sends you the details.
Can it book jobs into my calendar?+
It arranges a callback rather than booking the job itself. That is a deliberate limit. Pricing and scheduling depend on things only your team knows, and an agent that books the wrong slot creates more work than it saves. What it does do is hand your team a call that is already qualified.
What happens if it does not know something?+
It says the team will confirm on the callback. It only uses facts from your own website, so it will not invent a price, a guarantee, a licence or a service area. That constraint is the whole reason it is safe to put in front of your customers.
Which CRMs does it work with?+
We build the integration rather than hand you a list. ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro and Workiz are the common ones. If yours has an API or accepts a webhook, we can get the call details into it.
How long does it take to go live for real?+
The demo on this page takes about 90 seconds. A live agent on your real number takes longer, mostly because we tune it against your actual calls and wire up the CRM. We go through the timeline on the call.
What if my website is thin or out of date?+
The demo will be thinner too, because it only uses what is on there. If your site blocks automated readers, which some do, we build from your trade's standard playbook instead and tell you that is what happened. For a live agent we fill the gaps with you directly.
Do you call the number I enter?+
Yes, once, right after the agent is built. We text you a code first to confirm the number is yours, because we are not willing to ring a number someone else typed in. If your line does not accept texts, we call and read the code out instead.
